Now that HIPs are history, we specialise in energy assessments and can supply EPCs to you at very competitive prices. We can also provide CAD floor plans in various formats (including jpeg and pdf), ready for you to upload along with your property details. We can include your name, address, logo and contact details on the plans if required.

This service enables you to concentrate on your own specialities whilst earning useful margins from selling-on the documentation we provide to you.
