The data that has been recorded during the inspection has to be processed by specialist computer software so the assessor must return to base for this to be done.

In urgent circumstances an Energy Performance Certificate can often be issued on the same day as the assessment. If you need an EPC quickly - Just Ask!

EPCs can be provided either as pdf copies by email, or paper hard copies by post at the clients' preference.
