The EPCs that Golding Home Inspections provide are prepared only by Government-licensed Energy Assessors using specialist computer software. The completed and finalised certificates are uploaded by us onto the National Database and are valid throughout the whole of England and Wales for a period of TEN YEARS.

Copies of the certificates are supplied as printed hard copies by post or as a pdf file by email, at the client's preference. It is our policy to always complete and issue the certificate within 24 hours of the assessment visit.
