When you first get in touch with Golding Home Inspections - by phone or email - you will be asked for your contact details and some basic information regarding the property in question - location, number of bedrooms, approximate age, whether it is a listed building etc. This will give us enough information to be able to provide you with a very competitive quotation for your specific requirements.

We will then agree a convenient date and time with you for the energy assessor to visit.

Our fees can be paid by cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card via PayPal - whatever is most convenient for you.

We will give you an estimate of the length of time the visit will take when we book in your appointment. As a rough guide, an energy assessment takes between 30 and 45 minutes on-site. The actual times are, of course, entirely dependent on the size and design of the property.

The Energy Assessor will call promptly as arranged (We pride ourselves on punctuality) and get on with the inspection. You are free to accompany the assessor during the assessment, or you can leave him or her to get on it - whatever you prefer.
