Also - as we are not registered for VAT, the fee we quote you is the price you pay - no 17.5% add-ons with us!

Using our own highly-trained and fully qualified assessors and inspectors whenever possible**, GHI will get your HIP organised with the minimum of effort on your part.

Once you have given us the go-ahead we take care of everything, and before you know it you will have a completed HIP, valid throughout England and Wales, and acceptable to every Estate Agent, Solicitor and Conveyancer.


** GHI offer HIPs throughout England and Wales. Properties outside GHI's own assessors' operating area will have their mandatory EPC provided by carefully selected associates, who have been trained to meet our own stringently high standards of customer service.

Your Home Information Pack will be produced using industry-leading technology and will be ready in the shortest possible time.

There is no delay in putting your home on the market -
We will issue you with a "Proof of Ordering" certificate so that you - or your estate agent - can get moving immediately.

Your HIP will normally be supplied as electronic pdf files (either by email or on a disk), as this is the form that most estate agents and conveyancers prefer. A paper hard copy in a plastic presentation folder can be supplied for £10.00 including VAT and postage, if required.


FREEHOLD PROPERTIES Our top-value HIPs are those we provide for registered, freehold properties in England and Wales of up to - and including - five bedrooms in size.

Homes with more than five bedroooms are subject to a small additional charge to cover the greater energy assessment costs - please phone or email us for an immediate and very keen quote.

LEASEHOLD PROPERTIES Unfortunately we have to make a small additional charge for HIPs for leasehold properties, as extra documentation (a copy of the lease) is required.

UNREGISTERED PROPERTIES Although it is now mandatory for properties to be registered at Land Registry, there are still a significant number of older properties that remain unregistered. If the property being sold isn't registered, an additional fee has to be applied, to cover the further documentation costs involved.
