Also - as we are not registered for VAT, the fee we quote you is the price you pay - no 15% add-ons with us!

Using our own highly-trained and fully qualified assessors and inspectors whenever possible**, GHI will get your HIP organised with the minimum of effort on your part.

Once you have given us the go-ahead we take care of everything, and before you know it you will have a completed HIP, valid throughout England and Wales, and acceptable to every Estate Agent, Solicitor and Conveyancer.


** GHI offer HIPs throughout England and Wales. Properties outside GHI's own assessors' operating area will have their mandatory EPC provided by carefully selected associates, who have been trained to meet our own stringently high standards of customer service.

Your Home Information Pack will be produced using industry-leading technology and will be ready in the shortest possible time. The government introduced new regulations in April which caused some property professionals to fear significant delays in legally putting property onto the market

There need be no hold-up in putting your home up for sale - We will get the "Essential Documents" (Also referred to sometimes as the "Lite HIP") completed in two working days so that you - or your estate agent - can get moving almost immediately.


FREEHOLD PROPERTIES We provide top-value HIPs for registered, freehold properties in England and Wales.

LEASEHOLD PROPERTIES If you have a copy of your lease - either a paper copy or an electronic one - WE MAKE NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR LEASEHOLD PROPERTIES.

If you don't have a copy of your lease don't worry - we can get a new copy from the Land Registry for you for a small additional charge.

UNREGISTERED PROPERTIES Although it is now mandatory for properties to be registered at Land Registry, there are still a significant number of older properties that remain unregistered. If the property being sold isn't registered, we can still provide a HIP for you, but you will need to ask your solicitor to obtain an Epitome of Title. (This is a simple, everyday process - nothing to worry about!)
