The Energy Assessor will take the necessary measurements whilst carrying out the energy assessment. The plan will then be professionally drawn up using the latest CAD software and supplied in whatever format you require - jpeg and pdf being the most popular options.

Only want a floor plan? - No problem. If you don't need an EPC we can still produce a floorplan for you, supplied in the format of your choice and ready to upload to Rightmove or similar websites.
