Golding Home Inspections  Accredited Energy Assessors If you are about to sell or rent out a property, by law you MUST obtain an Energy Performance Certificate, known as an EPC. To obtain one, you will need to employ an accredited energy assessor who will come to the property, carry out the assessment, and afterwards issue the EPC.
